Each issue, we are going to profile a member of Compugen with the purpose of giving you a more personal look at their accomplishments outside of the workplace.

Michael has responsibility for overseeing all aspects of Compugen’s Software Solutions business which has two specific responsibilities Software Licensing Services and Software Asset Management. He works actively with all the many strategic Software Publishers that Compugen resells or uses within the various Lines of Business.

Compugen Services Delivering Excellent Services to Government of Alberta under Demanding Contract

The Compugen Deskside Support Services Team deserves praise for the excellent services it provides under contract to the Government of Alberta, as part of an ITSM contract won in 2009. The team provides break/fix support and request fulfilment for GoA clients. The customer demands a high level of accountability from Compugen, and generates daily and month-to-date service-level reports to track Compugen’s adherence to the contract. Compugen’s success is the result of a team effort involving Richmond Hill Call Agents and Queue Managers, 25 named staff in Edmonton and Calgary, plus third Party techs as required.
