History of the Compugen Logo

Michelle Hounsell looks at the Compugen logo over recent years.

A very old logo (we aren’t sure when it was first used) –

Pre-1995 Logo

Compugen – Maximizing the Power of Information – this logo was in use when I first started at Compugen in April of 1997. Shortly after I began I was informed that were to phase out the tagline (as per Larry Baldachin) and just use the Compugen logo as a standalone.

Compugen  only – this logo was in use from mid 1997 until 2009 .

Compugen 25th Anniversary logo – created for use in 2006 to recognize our 25 years in the IT business.

25th Anniversary Logo (English)

Compugen – Simplifying the Business of Technology – this was created in English and French and is our current logo in circulation today. It incorporates a tagline as part of the logo, hence the bilingual requirement. It has been in use since January 2009.
